Yoga

Yoga with Ms Harwood


We are extremely lucky that Ms Harwood has been able to take some time out of her busy schedule to teach us some yoga. It is a great way to start our week! 




We used feathers to practice our breathing.










We have three rules during yoga 1. Listen when Ms Harwood is talking, 2. Respect each other and focus on ourselves and finally 3. Have fun! :)
